Struggling son moving in with us for a year and needs a place for his two 5 yr. old, female, spayed indoor cats, They are sisters so would like to keep them together if possible. Although I love cats I'm extremely allergic. Any suggestions are welcome, Thank you.

Bump for the kitties! Hope you are able to find a home for them soon.

I did a search on-line and found The Cat Protection Society at Eustis. It is a no kill shelter. Pictures looked nice. I believe it said they place 600 cats a year. You might want to check out their website. Maybe they could help you out. Home Page (http://thecatprotectionsociety.org/) I went back and read that they do not take personal pets, but maybe they can make suggestions to help you out.

It would be great of someone here in The Villages could foster them. Good luck to the kitties!

I'll try them but all of the many no kill shelters on LI only take strays and abandoned animals, they won't take unwanted pets.
