"Traffic pattern change" on Buena Vista?

While driving on Buena Vista today, I saw electronic signs warning that as of 6:30 a.m on January 12, there would be "traffic pattern changes". The signs were at the circles near Lake Sumter Landing and up near Arnold Palmer. Anyone know what's up?

They put those up every year in prep for the 5k road race on Saturday. Believe it was in the paper earlier this week.
