Crispers this Friday, 1/18/2012?

I probably missed any talk of the monthly gathering. Am I correct to assume it is still on? Has someone taken charge? I'd be happy to help.

It is definitely on. AND someone passed me the name tags and stuff and I forgot this is Crispers Friday I made plans to play golf. It is called writing it down and not reading it.

If our tee time are early, I will be at Crispers, if not I will find someone who is going and give them the box with the nametags.

Everyone is invited to Crispers to meet other TOTVrs. You meet in the outside area at three and someone will give you a nametag and if you want you sign your real name on the sign up sheet and you try to form a circle and everyone goes around and introduces themselves.

I haven't met anyone there ever that wasn't just a great person.

OH...and it is always the third Friday at three. Crispers is next to Publix and kind of across from the High School on 466.

Travel Expo is from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Crispers is at 3:00 pm. Should be no problem. Go earlier to the Expo and then head over to Crispers.

I just wanted to say how nice it was to spend time with all who gathered inside and out of the wind at Crispers yesterday afternoon.

Those present were Another Linda,Tom Hannon, Skyguy and wife Eileen, Villages Dude, Swrinfla, Syr Nancy, NJBchbum, CFrance and husband whose name I failed to hear, RItaly, Jimbo and his beautiful wife Cathy, Niels and the lovely Claudia, Virtual Geezer, J Blum, CQuick and husband Chuck and son Patrick, and two new Gilchristers whose names I didn't capture, who were very new to this beautiful place and appropriately happy....but not a tad more so than all the other veteran Villagers.

Helene and I had such a lovely time with warm and gracious and funny people. We always do with folks from TOTV.

The greatest part of this place are it's people.

I did the same thing. Aside from a quick hello to Jimbo and Sky Guy, and an early chat with Gracie, I found myself sitting at a table with JBlum and Helene. I should have circulated more. I just discovered, Neils was there. Should have made my rounds. Shame on me.
