We recently purchased a CYV in Duvall that came with an electric golf cart
"as is"
We haven't closed or talked to owner about exactly what that means, but when the time comes would like to have the name of someone reliable we can call to come out and check it out for us and give us a quote for bringing it to top condition. Can anyone recommend such a person that they have used?
Much appreciated.

Check under golf cart repair in search box. You will see all the postings.

If your question is referring to the golf cart when you wonder what "as is" means:
You're getting it as you see it. Whatever might be good or bad about it - - - it's yours. You'd have no recourse to go back to the seller to say, "Hey, (this or that) doesn't work right" or "The batteries in this are just about gone" and so forth.
If you're concerned about the condition of the cart, you're doing the right thing by trying to find an appropriate person/company to check it out for you. They can at least give you a pretty good perspective on things that might currently need addressed or will need some attention in the future.
But if you've already signed the deal for the home in Duval and the as-is cart was included in that, it's probably too late to go back to the seller if the cart's condition turns out to not be to your liking.

There are only 2 businesses that are censored at this time due to legacy issues between site originators and those businesses. If those businesses wish to contact the new ownership and sign up then it will be readdressed.

Yes I assumed that as is, means just that and that is fine with me. I just want to make sure the cart is in good working order and am more than happy to pay an expert to do just that.
Thanks for your response

Call Shon at 352 308-6272, he'll give you an honest assessment and can fix whatever needs fixed. Tell him Tom sent you...not that that will give you a discount...
