Anyone aware of any transportation available to the Daytona 500 this year?
Would love to not have to drive. Thanks - first race - really looking forward to it.:ho:

You can check the travel section of Sunday's paper. Someone was advertising a bus going over. I think it was AAA, but I'm sure it will be in this coming Sunday, too.

From the Virginia Trace web site - see p.4 of the pdf for info on the AAA bus to the 500. Sounds like they also have an option for grandstand seats for the 500 as well:

The Villages Motor Racing Fan Club has a trip to the Daytona 500 through Dolphin tours. The package is a little more expensive than the AAA package, but the seats are on the front stretch and are high up. Go here to see more: The Villages Motor Racing Fan Club (http://www.villagesracingclub.com/) You do not need to be a club member to take this trip.
