Yes, warm. We closed last May. Came end of April. Very warm

Another important benefit of visiting in April is that besides the good weather, it is less crowded....most of the snowbirds have gone home by then. Easier to get a good seat at the Town Square Gazebo's, easier to get into restaurants, less traffic, etc.
