Villages "New to Golf Program"

Has anyone attended these programs? If so, were they beneficial? Are there better alternatives for someone wanting to learn "the game"? Thanks in advance. Lark

yes, very beneficial, in fact If you are a new or newer golfer, I would not commence playing until I attended this class.

I took the class at Arnold Palmer. I had never golfed. I think I learned quite a bit for a newbie.
