Anybody know if i can get in before closing to add these items: appliances, light fixtures, solar for the pool? thanks!

Since you don't own the property till title transfers I doubt you would be allowed to make changes to it. Then there is the liability issue.

Sounds true. Guess that eases the pressure to be quick about it at this point.

if you are using a contractor that works with the builder they will come in the day before and install blinds furniture whatever had it done at our house

nope got the price first then called and asked if when furniture and blinds could be put in the house and did it the day before closing no upcharge

My advice to any new people is to take your time to shop and get the best deal on anything not important...Obviously you need blinds right away and a bed, but even closet organizers aren't too inconvenient to add later.
I think people rush to add things and find that they may not need them, say in the case of down spouts in the back and water treatment additions. Both are optional here and may not be optional where you came from.
Another is having your driveway painted.
Obvously you need appliances but maybe not solar for your pool right away.
Good luck. Take my advice with a grain of salt. Just on some things there is no rush.
