how much do you charge for attick steps?

The TOTV is a great resource for sharing information about contractors and costs for services. B & B III installed attic stairs in our CYV in July 2016 and the cost was $456. The stairs were $290, three sheets of OSB flooring (not plywood) cost $150 and I was charged $16 for two 8 foot 2x4s. It is smart to look carefully at costs.

They are awesome. Came to our home and told us we cannot put stuff in our attic. Didn't charge us and explained our garage attic was constructed with 2x4 and would not hold the weight. Good to know they take care The Villages.

Do you install attic elevators?
