We are going to crave a good pizza during the super bowl next Sunday (we are from Baltimore so guess who we are rooting for). We like thick but not too thick crust and sliced (not crumbled) sausage. Any advice who to get it from???

Go Ravens!!

Stavro's on 441 in Fruitland Park is not bad; but honestly, we have been here 4 years and have not found any good pizza yet! You should make your own!

This is an "each to their own" kinda thread. We really like NY PD pizza and Flippers. You will get many opinions on what is good pizza and what is not good, but pizza is really a personal thing. Some like thick crust, some like it thin, some like lots of cheese....some don't.....on and on. Keep exploring to find what you like best and enjoy!!!!

Whatever pizza you order, I'm pulling for your team, especially Ray Lewis and Ed Reid. I guess you can tell I'm a U.of Miami fan. But, SF has Frank Gore but I can't pull for a west coast team. Ever try making your own pizza? After a few attempts you'd be suprised how good it can be and just like you want.

There is a group of about 8 guys that have got together for 4 years for the Superbowl. We ordered pizza every year from different places.
It was never on time
It was never what we ordered

On the plus side, last year Papa Johns was so screwed up, we called about our pizza at half time, they asked if we still wanted them (2). We said yes; they arrived in 5 minutes; and because they were totally not what we ordered they were FREE.

This year we're getting MAMA COZI'S from Aldi for $6.99 and baking it when we want it.

Just a little advice, DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH ON SUPERBOWL SUNDAY.

I don't care if you like NY pizza, Chicago pizza or whatever, mine's the best and I have all the ingredients setting and waiting for me to make another masterpiece for Super Bowl Sunday. My only decision to make is do I have it 1st half or second half?
