Check out Isaac Mitchell at Tri County Ortho. Has very strong credentials from John Hopkins and works mostly with shoulder problems.

I went to see Dr. Isaac Mitchell believing I had a rotator cuff injury. History and exam, nope, just a frozen shoulder. No need for MRI or even going to physical therapist. Rigorous home exercise program is working well, as long as I do it as I am supposed to do it. Not knife happy. He could have made a lot more $$ but instead he used his eyes, hands and brain. And he's a nice guy too.

Good plan.... Mitchell is the best shoulder guy around and as someone said is not cut-happy.

He did my rotator cuff repair in 2009 ... full recovery and doing golf, tennis, pickleball, and swimming with no problems.
