Seems like there's a tune stuck in my head. Today it's "I'm Popeye the Sailor man.." Sometimes they last for days! Does that happen to you?

Yes. For me , it's The Prayer by Celine Dion and Josh Groban.

A very beautiful version,

Whenever I get a tune stuck in my head I use WD-40.

You saved me! Popeye is gone...
there's so much that we share
that its time we're aware
it's a small world after all!

For all you Philadelphians...Sally Starr passed away a few days ago which led me to look up all the children's shows of the late 50's and 60's. I can't get Pixanne's song out of my head...I'll see you in the forest, I'll meet you in the forest...you know the rest..keep singing!

oh no! I watched Guys and Dolls and my "ear worm" today is:
"Sit down, sit down, sit down,
sit down, you're rocking the boat"
groan....

When I get the tune in my head and want to get rid of it, my cure is to sing it out loud. Doesn't always work, but does most of the time.:pepper2:
