charger problem?

We have 2 elec club cars, and 2 chargers, used interchangeably. Suddenly, when we plug into one of the chargers, it makes a clicking noise after a few seconds, as usual, but the needle on the charger doesn't go anywhere. We checked the plugs and the breaker, seem to be fine.

Must the charger be replaced or is there anything else to try first?

Club cart chargers are totally repairable, it sounds like a faulty relay.
You can bring it in for repairs.
