Due to health reasons, Carl the seafood seller at Brownwood Farmers Market must sell his business. The business is profitable. Anyone interested should speak to Carl on Saturday mornings at Brownwood.

If you want really, really good fresh, never frozen seafood, try Lighthouse Seafood under the metal-roofed structure next to the Santa Fe shops on CR 466. They're open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons, selling seafood which is usually no more than 48 hours out of the ocean, many times caught the day before. Like anything really good, it's not cheap. I'd suggest what products/species to try, but I don't want to start a "run" on the stuff I like.

Unlike the seafood vendor at the farmer's market who sells mostly frozen seafood, the one on CR 466 is all fresh.
