Has anyone on this site used this female urologist? If so would you recommend her. I already know that she is difficult to understand, but her training and residency since coming to the U.S. is excellent.

I use her as my gyn doctor and thought she was very good. I did not find her heard to understand. She spends time with you and answers all your questions.

Cannot tell you how much I appreciate your reply to my enquiry. I went to the seminar she held when she first came to TV and I thought she was difficult to understand, but could be because she was in the front of the room and me in the back! I believe she is a UroGyno which is what I need.

I had my mom seeing this doctor and I think she is fabulous, and I do not say that too often about doctors. She explains things very clearly, outlines all options, is very well educated and shows a lot of empathy for the presenting issues. I took my mom about three times so far and each time I have enjoyed the viist, learned a lot, and had no trouble understanding anything she said. I have recommended her to many women I know. If I had to use such a specialist, I would choose her. And she is very funny too.

I am most grateful to you for your encouraging reply to my original request. After receiving two good recommendations I will definitely try to get an appointment with her. I have been traveling three hours each way to see an excellent Uro-Gyno, but it's getting a bit old and I would really like to find someone local.

Yes, I've been to her twice, after being referred to her by a good friend of mine. We both like and respect her quite a lot, both for her knowledge and the fact that she takes her time to listen and explain. (And we don't find her all that difficult to understand.) Her office is run efficiently and the staff are very friendly as well. We give her two thumbs up.

I've had two appointments with her, the most recent last week, and at least another two coming up for additional testing. I like her a lot, and I do not find her difficult to understand. My only negative would be that I have waited a long time for each appointment. I know now, not to have other plans when I schedule appointments with her.

I like her too. She is doing my surgery on a prolapse bladder in April. Very easy to understand. I'm going to her this Friday and she is going to explain my surgery. She gave me some options about my bladder a few weeks ago and I went for the surgery. Staff is wonderful. Would recommend her.

I started this thread on February 10, 2013. Now it is a year and a month later and I am very happy to report that I did get an appointment with this amazing woman and just this past December, after many test procedures, she did a major 3 1/2 hr surgery for me at TV hospital. She is a brilliant surgeon. She has repaired damage that I sustained during child birth and which continued to get worse with time. If I can be of any help to anyone facing this type of extensive gynocological surgery I will gladly correspond with you through private messaging.

The morning she did my surgery, my prep nurses told me she was indeed an incredible doctor, and then she came into the room and it literally lit up. She was wearing one of her over the top outfits, she talked and laughed with everyone, she was like a magnet drawing people to her with her great sense of humor and her wonderful laugh. She came over and hugged me and told me not to worry it would all be over soon. The morning after the surgery she was in my room to check on me early in the day, she sat on the bed and chatted with me as though she was a visitor. On the morning of my release she was there early to sign me out and I was out of the hospital before noon.
She is a very special woman and we are so very fortunate to have a doctor of this caliber working in The Villages.
