B]Been searching the TOTV for the past hour trying to find the "ad" or "listing" for the vendor that advertises here with delivered bales of Pine Needles for $4.75 and installed for $6.75 (I think) but can't fine it.

Those are pretty common prices for almost any landscaper I have dealt with.
