We will be moving to the Villages in April and I need to know if there are any rules on having garage sales and estate sales. Please advise.

- No signs, use of baloons is OK to direct people to the sale.
- Items for sale should be kept inside the garage, not spread out on the driveway

I am curious as to why you ask. Do you have a lot of them or just like to go?

No. Our furniture will be coming from storage and I am sure I will need to get rid of some things.

This site also has a "For Sale" forum where you might want to list these items.

And...Bargains and Treasures will pick up items...they don't take everything and give you a pretty good percentage of the sale.

Neerlee New Furniture will by items too based on condition. Offered what we would have asked anyway so that worked out on some big items we didn't want to deal with.
