I had a great Valentine's party with 50 of my favorite friends at KB's last night. Everything was great except the waitress. But even she couldn't put a damper on the evening. The band was excellent, the food was good and the company even better. We even did the tables up with red tablecloths and had chocolates and candy hearts sprinkled here and there.

I went out to eat with my long-time friend today instead of Valentine's Day because that's what we usually do to avoid crowded restaurants. We were thinking of going to a movie but couldn't find anything that we liked among those that are not rated "R".

I just noticed a big bulletin board in the library. It has a black background with hearts peppered all over it. At the top it says, "Love is in the air."
At the bottom it says, "Forget love. I'd rather fall in chocolate."

Wow! Chocolate is more addictive than being in love? :D Well, I guess chocolate is forever whereas love....not so much.
