I'm looking into having laminate flooring planks installed on the diagonal.

Anyone had any experience with this? Your results/satisfaction? Can you recommend a contractor? I understand an excellent installation is critical.

Thanks for any advice.

you also have to allow an extra 15-20% for waste.

The glossy planks show everything..dog paws, water drips, footprints. If you want to avoid that, go with a flat finish (non glossy). I had mine installed by Doc's Restoration. Very well done.

I have dark and glossy and ready to pull my hair out with the maintanance; however, that being said I believe on the diagonal would be stunning.:faint:
