Does anyone know the name and email of the woman who was assigned by Comcast to handle some Customer Service issues? She seemed to be assigned to The Villages.
I am finally so fed up with Comcast. I called last week about a problem and in the course of correcting the original problem I have ended up with added problems which have taken two additional phone calls and will now take a service visit.
Does anyone else find that calling them about something leads to subsequent calls?
