Temporary Post office Box

Upon our second visit we want to setup Post office Box... Can we do that on the Villages or the Ladylake (Town) Post Office right out side the Villages? If we have to go off Campus (sort of speak) were would the closest Post Office be located. We will be using Golf cart for or travels thoughout or stay and wonder how much of walk it would be if we have to go off Campus to obtain temporary post office box.

Will also set up Bank account at that time. I know we all have or own opinion on services, but what are the banking options on the Villages?

I think you can get a PO Box at the UPS store in Colony

If you are renting a home in the Villages, most homeowners will give you the key to their mailbox and you can just forward your mail to the renal address and pick it up at the local postal station in the Villages.

We are currently renting a mailbox at Villages Pack & Ship in Palm Ridge Plaza on CR 101. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient.

If you use a private mail box such as UPS store the Post office will forward your mail there. When you want to change to your mailing address to you permanent home, they will not forward your mail from the private mail box. I am dealing with this issue, I want to close my mail box at the UPS store but I have to make sure everyone is notified.
