Will be moving to Duvall soon, will be joining Seabreeze Fitness Center.
Have heard it is pretty busy there, wondering if anyone had personal experiences insofar and good times to work out when it may not be so crowded.

I know the afternoons generally are better, but any times in the mornings that seem to be more open than others?

I'm glad you asked that question, I was wondering the same thing as our TV home is close to Seabreeze.

Mornings are very busy. I've never been at the fitness center after 11 am so I don't know how busy it is then. Sunday mornings are quiet when the center opens. It's really nice in there at that time.

The fitness center opens at 6:30 am during Jan, Feb and March and resumes normal opening at 7:00 am in April. I was told the early opening is just a trial and I don't know if this early opening time will become the normal.

There are only 4 Elliptical machines so there is usually a wait for them in the mornings. We have a 20 minute limit when folks are waiting for the cardio machines.

At this time of year, it is busy in the morning hours..afternoon, not so much. After March or April, you can go about anytime and it's not that busy. It will still be busier in the morning, say from 8:00 to 10:00, but you can usually still get on a treadmill or the machines.
