Went to LSL office of insurance the other and met some amazing people!
There are two young ladies at the front desk, Danielle (or similar) and Marie. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable. They also were able to get us in ASAP. when I was finished my meeting with an agent named Lorraine, I had a few questions about the area. Lorraine knew some, but took me to the front to meet up again with Marie.
Marie at the front desk knows sooooo much about the area. She gave me phone numbers, she made phone calls for me, she drew a map, etc, etc, etc,.
She really was what I would call a true Villages Employee (not sure if Villages owns them or not). She made my day, as they all did!

We deal with Carri Wildman at Spanish Springs. We love her! When we were shopping for insurance The Villages Insurance was the most friendly and helpful agency we came across.

...and you can stop in anytime for a handful of golf tees from a fishbowl in the reception area.

That wouldn't help me unless I'm playing that little puzzle game that they put on the tables at Cracker Barrel! But happy golfing to you.

The new villages insurance in Brownwood has been great. We are building a new home and had to get estimates on homeowners, flood, car, umbrella...just about everything. The manager Stacy Marlatt was wonderful even though she had just gone through a home disaster insurance claim herself...A FIRE at her home. She was still living in a hotel last week when we did business with her but still had a smile on her face. Stacy is highly recommended, and the Villages did good by hiring her to take care of the Brownwood Insurance site....thanks Stacy.

Do they offer life insurance?

Yes, Marie told me about their health and life agents. She introduced me to Tangee, who would be the h/L agent. She was very nice and I plan on heading in there soon.

Tellmeyourstory said that they also have hard candies. Yeah, that is true but it is so much more difficult to hit a drive off a hard candy than a golf tee.

I agree with the good service from the Villages Insurance. I deal with the crew in Colony and they are excellent. Shout out to my agent, Stacey Schroeder!:BigApplause:
