Do all the TV Regional Centers (e.g., Colony, Seabreeze, etc. ) have identical layouts? If not, how do they differ (besides decor)?

Gene, Go to this link and click on the different colors on the map for each different type of rec center. You will then get an opportunity to see a presentation for the different centers.

all of the newer ones are identical, as are the neighborhood pools.

Oh you GUYS...they may be identical as far as the building layout but some amazing group of folks make them into astonishing places inside and outside with the decor all themed and done up with no restraint as to cost and wonderful quality and individuality. They are something to see inside, EACH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. (Men are so different than women!)

If, on a rainy day you have nothing better to do, go to all the rec centers and count chandeliers. I have never been in any place on earth so....chandeliered, as The Villages rec centers.

Kudos to the decor team. WOW!!! The interior decor of the rec centers is one of the things about this place that really impresses ME.

yes, it is amazing that the footprint/floorplans are identical, but that is where it ends. the decor and finished product are always uniquely executed. and the bathrooms are so cool! have you seen the sinks at SeaBreeze?

La Hacienda and Paradise are regional rec centers that are different.

Just be careful if swimming at Seabreeze. For some reason, this is the only Rec Center that has the Men's changing room on the right as you go in, and the Women's on the left.

Always trying to catch us out, those Developers :-)
