Police have ruled the shooting accidental and did not detain the dog for questioning.

The dog who did the shooting should have been held for questioning and the officer (shown below) should be held accountable for his failure to do so!

on the serious side? I think the article is a joke.
The man did not know his gun was loaded!!! Really?

The gun went off when the dog kicked it!! One could win the lottery before that would/could happen.

Anybody familiar with a .380 would not be buying into how this schmuck got shot in the leg.

Again if even a true event, he more than likely shot himself doing something he should not have been.

If the article was to be in jest. They missed. It isn't one bit funny.

Better yet was the guy shot in the butt by his dog while duck hunting and had to have twenty pellets removed. OUCH.
