How long is house Warranty?

I just found a huge crack in the ceiling on my lanai ...does anyone know if the house structure would still be under warranty after 3 years? If not, any info about how to fix this would be appreciated. I'm a widow so my carpentry skills are limited...

You should call warranty, and ask. Even if they do not take care of your issue, they can give you the name(s) of contractors that will be able to help.

Do not wait on this. Not to be an alarmist, but sudden cracks in the structure could be a sign of sinkhole activity.
