Pop Up for app on iPad On top TOTV website

I get a pop-up asking me to download an app here for talk of the villages when I change pages on my iPad how do I stop it from popping up . I do not want another app on iPad

If you are using Safari - go to "Settings" then scroll down to "Safari" tap the icon and make sure "Block pops up" is set to "ON."
