I will be leaving soon for 6 months. What is the best way to leave my 2013 Club Car electric golf cart? Should i get a battery minder, trickle charger, desulphator or battery life saver? Any recommendations for who is the best company to install any or all of the above?

Never used any of those gadgets in 15 years. I just unplug it and have my Home Watch person add water every week or two. You can have him drive it around but I don't do that either. Tires work themselves out in a few miiles of riding when I return. My batteries last the usual 4-5 years.

I would suggest the Battery Minder. It will keep the batteries topped off while you away. Chances are they will not use much water but someone should check every month or so.

I would call Jerry at 352-205-0092, he will set you up and enjoys explaining everything.

If you do not wish the expense of the BM (maybe $200), then I would disconnect the battery pack and get them charged at LEAST 3 times during that period by whoever looks in on your home. This number varies depending how quickly the pack discharges.
