Where to buy nylon safety vest

I want to buy a bright, neon colored mesh safety vest. Where, locally can I get such an item?

Home Depot and Lowes carry them.

I've seen neon yellow mesh vests for sale at Marion Market. They were in a vendor "booth" at the very end of one of the side aisles. The "booth" is actually the entire end area of the aisle. Sorry, but I don't know the aisle number, etc.
