If you mean someone to actually advertise your property, negotiate rentals, etc., then I'd go with Vilas Hinkle. Honest, ethical, hardworking. (Sorry, don't have her number handy but if you do a search for Vilas, you'll find her.)

The reality is that you'll get more rentals doing it yourself with a housewatch/caretaker person to watch over your home and your renters. It's actually pretty easy to do even though it sounds intimidating at first.

Vilas Hinkle is my fourth property manager in eight years. She is far superior to the others, including The Villages. I consider myself fortunate to have found her two years ago. Redwitch helped me with that, and BTW, she is the QUEEN of HOME WATCH, if you can rent your home yourself and only need someone to check on things regularly.
Vilas takes care of everything for us, even tax reports. Because we are away so much her managership is essential. We have a very effective, economical way of advertising and we have rented virtually every month or week that we have not been here ourselves. Send me a PM if you'd like more detail. Good Luck!

Can't think of the company name, by one of the partner's is Coty. They do a great job and a quite reasonable. They are reliable and check my home once a week. Her number is 352-633-3953
