What's going on with the TOTV server?

Several times in the last couple of days, it takes forever to talk to my computer. At the same time, no other web site has had a problem.

Same problem here most of the day? Just keeps spinning. Using IE, and all other websites were ok. Seems to have just clear up 5 minutes ago.

catskill bill - gomoho was referring to another thread re the same problem - in it graciegirl posted that she almost jumped off the morse bridge for lack of access!!!
