Where to fill CO2 Bottle

Does anyone know where you can have a new CO2 bottle filled. This is for a beer mister.

Airgas sent me to a shop not far down the road called A-Line b/c they don't accept 5lb size bottles (too small, they deal mostly with larger tanks):
