Village Airport Van

The Village Airport Van ONLY picks up outside the Terminal A! If you are arriving and your luggage is at terminal B,you must go down to terminal B baggage pickup and drag it back up thru the main terminal and then down to Terminal A baggage claim to get picked up by Village Airport Van. Bummer!

Hubby said that it started a few weeks ago. He didn't seem to mind. I imagine that if you have a lot of luggage or have mobility problems it would be a hassle. He is just glad to be home.

There is an elevator, thank goodness.

I certainly understand the safety issue. Had I been told in my confirmation email or when I was dropped off, I could have handled it easier and would have gotten a porter or a cart to assist me and not made the unnecessary trip to terminal b baggage claim.

I called Village Airport Van yesterday as my wife was coming home and I was unable to pick her up due to an illness. First time we used them. Very curtious on time and the driver even walked one women to the door. Hats off to them and thanks for helping me out.

My husband has used them every 3 weeks for the past 2 1/2 years. We now hire them for most of our visiting relatives. Never had a problem. Will continue to use them in the future.
