Were coming in to buy in the villages and Need help.

Where/which are the most mature areas and have oak trees and shade.

I would like to confine my search to villages that will look mature or will within 3-5 years and ones that already do.

Can you help me narrow my search to the greener communities?

Have you looked at the historic side of TV as that is the oldest section. It has very mature landscaping. I'm sure you can find some property that has large trees.

I think I know exactly what you might be looking for and I've seen several of those communities just south of here between Leesburg and Orlando. I've seen huge Live Oaks, mature palms, and fantastic landscaping. A few of them would be the Highlands Communities, Kings Ridge, and Legends. There are many, many more. Good luck with your search.

Here's a link to a list of most of the villages. The older neighborhoods are listed 1st.
All the homes north of 466 are at least 10 years old. Older neighborhoods will likely have more mature trees, if that is what you are looking for.

Just use Google maps, aerial view, and you can easily see where the mature trees are located.

Silver Lake, Orange Blossom Gardens and Country Club Hills comprise the "Historic District". We sit east of 441/27 and are mostly manufactured homes although there are many site built homes that have replace manufactured homes over the years.

This is where the Villages began. There are many sites, especially in OBG and Country Club Hills that have mature Live Oaks.

Go to the villages.com and check the ore owned homes in those three villages and you might find what you are looking for.

but the Village of LaZamora has TONS of beautiful oaks, you enter Village with a canopy of oaks, one problem homes seldom come up for sale and when they do, they sell quickly

Sure the De La Vista area NO of 466 is really nice with lots of trees for shade etc... On Morse cross over 466 and at the red light take a left and look around that area!! close to sumter and spanish springs also !! And if you want to be farther out Springdale , Woodbury has lots of trees although the location isn't as good as the De La Vista area

I agree! We looked at a home here and were amazed by all the foliage. It wasn't really my cup of tea, but I can see how it would appeal to some. Check it out!

We also looked in the sections between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Mature Landscaping everywhere. We ended up settling in Santiago and love it.

Same with their neighboring Village, LaRenalda. Not only that but we are surrounded by a golf course with real trees too!
