Fernandina here we come

Like so many, we came to The Villages for a short visit and find ourselves closing on a new home in Fernandina later in April. . Unfortunately we are several years from retirement but can't wait to spend time here on a part time basis. Everyone we met here over the last few weeks have had a smile on their face and eager to shake your hand. Our 11 month old Golden Retriever Cailey thinks this is a pretty neat place!!

We are from Bridgeport, NY and own in Tamarind Grove. A high school friend just also bought in Fernandina. We return to TV in 8days for a month and can't wait! Congratulations on your purchase!

We closed on a Designer Home on Lafayette St. In the Village of Fernandina on Wednesday, April 10th and anxious to get to begin the "experience". Coming down at end of May for 2 weeks to set-up home.

Will maintain northern and southern locations for the time being.

Hi, my husband and I visited TV two weeks ago for a week long visit. It was his first trip there. Well, within a few days, we bought a designer home. We are not yet 55 years old but plan on moving down in July and my husband will work out of the house. We returned to MA after our purchase, put our house on the market and sold it in three days. Thank you God!

Congratulations!! Bobby and I have been trying to get to TV for 2 years. Finally, sold 2 homes in NC (we close on the last one May 9, which happens to be my birthday), and movers are coming to pick up furniture May 11. We have decided to build and are looking at a lot in Fernandina Unit 208 on Mockingbird Lane. We plan to put furniture in storage and will be renting most of the summer until house is complete.
