The liver and onions polls resulted in Toojays being on top, for Wednesday, April 10. Gracie suggests a time o 4:30 6:00. I'm leaning toward 6 but will go with whatever the majority want. Please PM me if you can come so I can call Toojays and make sure they have enough liver. Yum!

Non liver-loving spouses or friends welcome. Just let me know.

Count me and DH in the party. We haven't met any of you and look forward enjoying a meal with new friends; but he'll order from the menu. Any time is good for us.

Wish I could be there to enjoy with you, especially since I've never eaten at Toojays. Unfortunately we will not be arriving in TV until the 19th. Hope you all enjoy. Save some for me.

I will be there with my non-liver eating husband. He said he will actually, maybe, might, taste mine:). I prefer 6 but like everyone else will go with the majority. Which toojays?

I think everyone pretty much prefers 6, so let's make it 6. Gracie, which Toojays??? I assumed the one at LSL, 'cause that's who I called. Since Gracie has the lock on Toojay's liver & onions, hopefully she will respond if it's not the one at LSL that she likes.

Count so far: 10 people, three of whom don't eat liver but are gracious enough to attend with clothespins. Hopefully we can get more reponses.

Yes. I will call Toojays in advance and tell them we are coming for liver & onions so they will have enough. Then I'll be there early. Should I hold up a big piece of liver on a stick so we'll all know where to gather?:a20:

Ha ha! Well, you can order and liver & onions AND the chicken livers & gravy. I'm torn as to which one to have. Gracie says the chicken livers are to die for. (Oh, maybe I shouldn't use that term in a retirement community.) :D
