It "is" a life-style and "NOT" a diet!!! If one is insulin resistant, has health issues...this may be the way to go. Not difficult at all!!!

WOW very impressive! I also avoid gluten, not because it causes me a problem but because I think grains and processed food that contain gluten are not healthy for me. A benefit is I also avoid gluten.
