ChemDry carpet cleaners, good or bad

I am trying to find people who have used ChemDry carpet cleaners. I have another post for this but changed the title to try to get more info from others.

I used them in St. Augustine on a rental home with very dirty and stained carpet. They did a wonderful job. I was shocked at how clean they got the carpet.

However, I believe they are franchises, so the local franchisee may or may not do as good a job as the one I used.

I used them here when we purchased our home. They did a great job and the stain remover they leave you is amazing for tough up spots.
