I have talked to Toojay's in Lake Sumter, and they say we should have no problem Weds. April 10 at 6:00 for liver and onions. They will have enough for the 7-10 of us eating liver, and at the most we might have to wait 10 minutes for a table.

I will be there a bit early with name tags. And maybe a Mary Poppins umbrella or a flag or a big piece of raw liver to identify myself as the instigator of this shindig.

That may not be enough to set you apart from the normal fair here in the Villages. Well, maybe the slab of raw liver...See you there...

I would like to attend if possible. My wife (who will not be eating liver) would also be there. Is this possible?

Sigh, I grew up loving calve's liver and bacon with dark brown gravy ... I know, I was a strange kid. :D I liked spinach as well.
Anyhow, liver and onions is good too. If Too Jay's makes it a regular thing (one day a week is fine), I'll be there.
:mmmm:

Yes, sure! With you and Marie, we have about 16, with 10 or 11 eating liver. Hopefully Toojays will throw some tables together so we can socialize while we eat. They said we may have to wait tenm minutes. I will call them again tomorrow just to double-check.
