Anyone in Fernandina have Centurylink triple bundle. How is the service?

My friend in Amelia has CenturyLink
Easter Sunday she was w/o phone or internet for 3 hrs
She called century Link
They were telling her over the ohone what to do
My friend who is in her early 70's is not tech savvy, got frustrated, and her daughter, who lives an hr away, had to come and help
My friend is switching from CenturyLink
Really bad service....

Anyone in Fernandina have Centurylink triple bundle. How is the service?

We live in Fernandina and have Century Link with the triple bundle - the service is mediocre - when our contract expires, I'm sure we will be looking around - I heard Comcast isn't great as well - perhaps a Dish, I don't know!

I live in Sanibel and have had the bundle since last Oct.
No problems here, sometimes the internet is slow but not enough to switch.

I thought Century Link was only available south of CR 466A but it seems to be moving northward. Anyone know the boundaries, or what alternatives are available (other than Comcast or a Dish)?

There is also direct tv, and South of 466a is brighthouse cable.
