One part of Collier across from Evans Prairie Country Club opened up new. Have any new or old members bought there? Does anyone know where the mail box will be located? For the regional center, it will be Eisenhauer but how about for local rec center? Where will it be? I heard developers will be building more spec homes rather than selling plot of land for the new areas. Are all those white spots on the area for spec. homes?

Others will need to answer your other questions that I can't.

Skyguy79. Thanks for the map. Looks like Neighborhood Rec Center for Collier is quite inward from Evans Prairie Club. Noticed you have a birthday. Happy Birthday! Wonder when Collier will be jumping like Gilchrist. Currently it's Gilchrist. Before that Fernandina and Charlotte.

If you look at TV website under neighborhoods, you'll see one unit in Collier - #223 with quite a few lots for sale.

I can not believe the lot premiums for that neighborhood. Some of them facing the water have $184,000 premiums. That is steep!

That does sound steep but don't they get that for properties on golf courses and / or water, preserve, etc?? Do you think they have gone up quite a bit?

well we just met with RE agent yesterday to look at these lots you are referring to. For 184,000 you May or May not have water behind you. Right now the villages filled it up and it looks nice however that may be to sell the sites. We discussed it and 184,000 is much too pricey to pay and have wetlands behind you which we could build our dream home on and then it all drys up. Looks like the search is still on. Running out of options. She explained as they build out there , there will be more and more spec homes and would not be surprised if within the next yr you can't build anymore. Think as they near the end they just want to build out and get it over with. And the closer they get to Browntown the more we lose interest as we get to far from being centrally located. Oh well, not going to stress over it anymore. If it is meant to be it will happen, otherwise we stay where we are.
