Alert! Don't fall for this scam. We received the attached letter from "Records Transfer Service" offering to send us a copy of our deed for $83.00. It looks very official and looks very much like a bill with due date, etc. You can easily obtain a certified copy of your deed online at www.myfloridacounty.com, for a cost of $7.25 which includes:
