Are you talking about on a PC? If so, what is the site url?

If you have Direct we were having some problems with audio this afternoon - ok now.

I wasn't able to get the picture on the big frame of the Marters.org "Live" web site but the Picture in picture frame worked.....small but was able to follow the play to some extent!

I was watching on ESPN live....at times my wifi signal got weak and I was reduced to audio only..If I moved to where the signal was strong and fast enough everything worked fine...may be your issue?
