The adjustment is only as good as the technician who does the work.

My vote goes to Sumter Tire & Auto in Wildwood. Great customer service and a well trained tech on the alignment machine. I took my Kia Sorento in because it was pulling to the right badly and eating up tires on the inside.. With over $800 in new tires I wanted things right.

I brought her in and wasn't sure if I needed just the front end aligned or all four. They said lets check it out. The tech came out to the waiting room and brought me out to the machine to show me just how far out the front and rear were.

What a difference!!!! The Sorento now tracks straight as an arrow.

While I was waiting for my alignment to be finished I saw the service manager come out twice to talk to two ladies. He explained in plain language and in full detail what was wrong with their cars and what repairing it would entail. I was very impressed with their operation and honesty.
