2003 Club Car

I have a 2003 48v (6 8volts). Batteries 3 years old and check full charge.
But it slows down quite a bit on hills Also has a governor limiting speed on level
ground. Anyway to get a little more out of it?

Look at the new speed code 5 programmer and or the 2Speed unit speed up to 28 MPH 20 % more torque
