I have used them. They did an excellent job and matched in the existing gutters that came with my new build. Very good prices and reliable, I called them to have gutters on the garage in the front and called them back 2 months later to go across the back of the house. Would definitely call them for other services they offer if I needed work done again.

THey are all pretty much the same $2.75 a foot, + $30 per downspout.

I went with http://www.rainhandler.com/ U can get them thru online Home Depot, pickup at store $225 package will do anysize house no ugly downspouts.

A good clean look.

Any handyman can pop them up a few screws.

Cancel the rainhandlers at that price I just booked Stipes.

They confirmed 5" at $1, the others did want #2.75

Not M&M but had a good experience with Stipes Seamless Gutters. Came back to make some minor adjustments with no problem. Would use again.

M and M came and quoted us substantially lower than the company doing our neighbors homes this week.

Gracie, lower than $1 a foot by Stips?

Gracie, lower than $1 a foot by Stips?

The other (unnamed) company had charged our two neighbors about a thousand dollars this week and our home, the Seabrook, is a little larger, and M and M quoted us less.

The price quoted will match the existing gutters and downspouts already on the front of the home that came with it

For a long time we really didn't think we needed them. I certainly don't buy the tale that some contractors give you that not doing them gives you a fertile field for termite nests. But since the rain was sheeting off the roof, it was "trenching" in some areas and washing my PINE STRAW away and the rains are a coming.

I know that moisture does attract termites, but in this sand we rest on, it wicks away pretty quickly and frankly I kinda looked on that pitch as a scare tactic.

But if it is gonna wash my precious pine straw, it is time to have gutters and downspouts.

Sweetie and I are having a disagreement about rock vs. pine straw.

Usually he is right, but not this time. ;)

They don't know me.

Thank heavens, or it might have been $3.75.;)

So you think that was a pretty good deal?

Yay!

I owned a construction company for years and specialized in continuous aluminum gutter and downspouts. The biggest thing to look at with gutter prices is the gauge of the metal. Most construction require a .027 gauge just make sure they are not using the .019 gauge, like they sell at Home Depot and Lowes. Very thin and flimsy. They also make a .032 gauge, but you don't see much of that anymore.

Has anyone had their down spouts connected to under ground water dispersal pipes that take the water out into the yard and away from the home? Any idea how well the system works in heavy rains?

I'm considering those as well, but you still need a pressure relief flap in them if they can't handle a down pour????????????

I believe they may have a pop up relief at the end of the buried pipe that pops up to release excess water when the pipe is full of water.

Used M&M for gutters for our Iris and very pleased.

Plan to use them for attic stairs in the near future.

We used M&M for gutters and attic stairs. They installed decking for the attic floor, too. We are very pleased.

These hard working men just left and did a perfect job matching our gutters and downspouts. We are more than pleased and would recommend them to anyone. They know what they are doing and use top grade materials. AND quoted half the price of another contractor who put up neighbors gutters and downspouts.

If you want to look at their work, just send me a P.M. We will be home this evening. We would love to meet TOTVrs.

In about six weeks, the rainy season will begin.

Very satisfied, I'm probably a bit more demanding than most, he was more than accommodating and really took pride in his work,

I had him he do a few things he hadn't done before but he did them well.

Saw a few parts not the way I liked them, no problem he fixed it.

So strong thumbs up for Stipes.

Yes, they were quick and very efficient. We closed on our CYV on April 5th and it didn't take long for us to realize we needed gutters. One of the first things we did, and they were great to work with and did a wonderful job...Good price also.

Thanks to my TOTV trusted posters, I also decided on M&M for my gutters and am quite pleased. Wasn't sure if I needed gutters, but the gash on my back lawn from the force of the water running off the roof in one spot was the clincher for me. M&M gave me what I felt was honest input about where I needed them, and their price was lower than other quote I got. THey were very professional, punctual and responsive - called back about a bit of a little "nuisance" (I am so picky!) and Mike listened, explained some options and scheduled a follow up right away. So another vote for M&M.

M & M stopped by our neighborhood with flyers. Some of our neighbors have them others don't. Im making that decision for the next weeks project. (or not). What are others saying?
