We are closing a deal on May 3rd on a property in Piedmont. Does anyone have an insurance company who covers rental property? We have 1500 sq feet and AAA priced the policy at $1056. Is that a competitive price?

I have my rental insurance through Geico, much lower premium than the one posted. But, I also have Geico for car insurance

Check The Villages Insurance. We got a good rate for our rental through them.
