Help unloading Pod

Our friends will be moving here in May. They will have a Pod containing their things. When we moved 6 years ago to The Villages we had someone by the name of Vincent Arthur or something like that. Does anyone know about him or his phone number? If not, do you know of anyone that unloads once you move here.
