Maybe sooner rather than later

After much discussion, we will be talking to our realtor to put the house in FL up for sale in May. Once that sells we will be looking to purchase in the villages. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. I really love our current house - too bad I just can't pick it up and move it :shrug:

So instead I will be trading the "house" for a "lifestyle":laugh:

Still not sure if we will build new or buy an established one. Fortunately we have time on our side. I figure once we really look around something will just jump out. Last time we knew what we wanted. The first day of looking was frustrating and pretty disapointing. The 2nd day was a home run and we liked several homes. I'm thinking same thing this time. If all goes as planned we will have a home this summer:2excited:

I'm excited for you! There are so many beautiful homes here in all different styles and types, some on golf courses, some on water, some with huge amazing trees, some quiet and snug, etc. I have no doubt you can find another 'perfect' home. You already know what you like so shopping might be fun. Good luck!

Karen, we're right there with you. Just got back from a LSV and fell in love with TV so we'll also be putting our house on the market Very soon. Nervous and excited describes us as well. It will be a pre owned home for us. So now the fun starts, looking for that perfect home. It's helps that we know what area we want to be in. Such an exciting time for us both!
