My wife recently had her left knee replaced. Prior to her surgery we visited several different rehab facilities and she chose The Club as her first choice. It took a meeting with senior staff to straighten out some initial issues but once we all got on the same "care" page we've been very happy with The Club. The therapy portion of her rehab was never in question and continues to be all that we expected. The food is hospital like but then that's really to be expected because of the various patient tastes and diet requirements. However, when we've made a request (i.e., certain type of breakfast cereal) they went to Publix, bought the cereal, and she keeps it in her room. For breakfast they now bring her juice, a bowl, milk & a spoon. She will be in The Club for about another week but so far we've found them to be very accommodating. I know others have complained on this Web site about this/that at various facilities. My advice is, if you have a complaint, immediately tell someone that can do something about it. That applies to hospitals, restaurants, doctor offices, rehab facilities, etc.
